RTT

The RTT temperature transmitter with hollow, rotating, and fixed mechanical parts allows this transmitter model to be connected in different orientations even when space is at a premium. Due to its simplicity, it allows endless customizations.

• Self calibration, it doesn’t need a calibration on the field even for the spare parts.
• Several self tests are performed to assure the measure accuracy.
• Rotating and stationary parts can be swapped or replaced individually.
• Fast troubleshooting through a simple coding for each output, without disassembling the parts:

• MODBUS with isolated RS485 (Optional).
• Output entirely isolated from power supply for better noise immunity.
• All built-in, it doesn’t need external signal condition board.
• Installation accepts a 10mm clearance between the rotating and stationary part.
• Several shaft diameters available.
• Connections with bolts, screws, connectors or fastons.
• From 1 channel to 8 channels.

• Range: 0 – 1500 °C. (Configurable).
• Power: 17-27Vac or 22-35Vdc; current 0,2A.
• Output: Voltage: 4-20mA; GND common. Isolated from power supply. (Optional frequency or mV).
• Accuracy: Standard ±0.15 °C, (Optional up to ±0.05 °C ).
• Resolution: 0.025 °C.
• Material: PA66+FG30% and aluminium protection frame.
• Max. speed: 10.000rpm.
• Room temperature: 100°C max for the rotating part. 80°C for the standing part.
• Installation: from 1mm to 10mm (standard 4mm).
• Inputs: 1 sensor Pt100 α = 0,00385, P200, 2-wire or 3-wire (Others on request)
